ENSO is a collection of 9 bespoke residences in Neutral Bay, embodying minimalist design through Koichi Takada‘s architectural expertise. The development presents a range from one to three-bedroom units, including select apartments with study areas, all marked by the use of high-quality materials such as timber flooring, marble benchtops, and SMEG appliances.

A distinctive feature of ENSO is the seamless integration of indoor and outdoor living spaces, with courtyards and terraces that extend the living areas outward. The facade of the building, enhanced with vertical gardens, stands as a testament to innovative construction techniques, promoting both aesthetic appeal and environmental sustainability.
