The Crescent is a landmark project in Fairfield, comprising 105 luxury apartments and 6 commercial spaces. Our construction expertise is showcased through the project’s meticulous integration of modern living spaces with the historical context of the area, including the preservation and incorporation of the heritage picture theatre façade into the design. The Crescent features penthouse rooftop terraces with expansive views, ground-floor commercial interfaces to revitalise the local streetscape, and units designed for enhanced disability access, underlining our capability to deliver complex, multi-use developments.
